Shipping & Returns
Most in-stock items will be shipped out of our warehouse in San Diego, CA within 1-2 business days, with the exception of holidays and weekends. We currently ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Please note estimated delivery times on all oversized and backordered items on the individual product page. All shipping costs will be calculated at the time of check out.

At this time we only ship within the United States.
Instead of making an exchange, we find it best to return your previous order and place a new order with all new goodies.
We do our best to ensure you get your package in tiptop shape. However, sometimes damages occur in transit that are out of our control. Please send us an email to email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your order to file a claim. Please include your order number, what item(s) is damaged, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged items.
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not totally in love with an item, you can return it for a full refund less any shipping charges. All returns must be received at our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date. All orders received after the 15 days and up to 45 days will be issued store credit. We cannot accept returns after 45 days. Custom orders, gift cards, design services and items marked as Final Sale are non refundable.
All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging in which they were received. Any item that does not meet this requirement, may not be eligible for a refund or will be subject to a restocking fee. You may contact us to request a return shipping label or you may send it back yourself. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured service, as we are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If opting for a return label to be emailed to you, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your package.
