We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not totally in love with a full priced item, you can return it for a full refund less any shipping charges. All returns must be received at our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date. All orders received after the 15 days and up to 45 days will be issued store credit. We cannot accept returns after 45 days. Custom orders, gift cards, design services and all sale items are non refundable.

All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging in which they were received. Any item that does not meet this requirement, may not be eligible for a refund or will be subject to a restocking fee. You may contact us to request a return shipping label or you may send it back yourself. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured service, as we are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If opting for a return label to be emailed to you, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your package.
