Most in-stock items will be shipped out of our warehouse in San Diego, CA within 1-2 business days, with the exception of holidays and weekends. We know you are excited to receive your order and want it ASAP! Most in stock items can be rushed with the exception of oversized items. Make sure to select express or overnight delivery at checkout.
We recommend shipping to a secure location. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages. We have found that in most cases, your package is most likely being held at your local post office or UPS store.
At this time, we offer US shipping only. We are working on expanding our delivery zones and hope to deliver to you soon!
We only collect sales tax on orders shipped within the state of CA.

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not totally in love with a full priced item, you can return it for a full refund less any shipping charges. Any returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging in which they were received. All returns must be received at our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date. All orders received after the 15 days and up to 45 days will be issued store credit. We cannot accept returns after 45 days. Custom orders, gift cards, design services and all sale items are final sale and non refundable.

You may contact us to request a return shipping label or you may send it back yourself. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured service, as we are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If opting for a return label to be emailed to you, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your package.
